Adrienne Bankert
Bio
Adrienne Bankert is an Emmy award winning journalist and author with a penchant for being in the right place at the right time. She was one of the only journalists live on air when shots rang out in the attempted assassination of President Trump. She was live in Dallas when officers were attempting to capture an assassin with a bomb wielding robot. She’s traveled the globe on some of the biggest headlines from the Parkland School shooting in Florida to the soccer team trapped in a cave in Thailand. Adrienne also has interviewed some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment from Kobe Bryant, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Lady Gaga and Viola Davis to members of the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team at the Women’s World Cup.
Her national assignments have included being a network correspondent and anchor with ABC News in New York and host for News Nation, launching multiple shows including NewsNation Now weekend edition, which garnered some of the highest ratings in the demo for the company. Her special series, “One Nation Under God,” examining faith in America and the shift of God’s presence in culture, sports and politics was one of the first original YouTube programs as NewsNation expanded its reach.
Adrienne’s book, Your Hidden Superpower: The Kindness that Makes You Unbeatable at Work and Connects You with Anyone, credits kindness for creating authentic muscle memory for being more fulfilled and more relatable in teams, friendships, with strangers, and high-caliber individuals wherever we are.
